Guidance Notes

• Sign-in with name and email address / phone number. Hi-Vis number
• Wear Hi-Vis (provided) at all times
• Wear gloves and glasses if needed
• Some tools are provided, own can be brought
• Watch for traffic – Listen and Look
• Do not wear earphones / buds. Do not listen to any audio
• If in doubt read Risk Assessment or speak to ITPAS official
• Report any issues to ITPAS Official

Activities to be Achieved

1. Litter and detritus removal – into bags provided
2. Grasses and weed removal– into bags provided
3. Ground growing Sycamore removal– into bags provided
   1. Branches and twig removal
   2. Reduce to small 5” size for bagging
4. Cobbled pathway weed removal – into bags provided

How activities are to be achieved

• The roundabout will be sub-divided into areas
• Each area will be allocated
• Each will be given a bag for the vegetation and litter
• When bag is half full call ITPAS Official for removal and replacement
• Any issues call ITPAS Official
